Bloodwood, also known as Satine Bloodwood is used in decorative woodworking due to its striking red color. Ages to a deep brown color, but with a lacquer finish, aging is extended to help preserve red color. Bloodwood is twice as hard as hard maple, and is resistant to termites. South America and Brazil. Available in Oval shapes. 37-41 x 14-19 mm. 5.35 mm hole.
